• We will hold $500 USD until our post check-out inspection
• Guests are responsible for cost of repairs or replacement of broken/damaged items
• We will not charge for normal wear and tear
• The refund can take a few days to show up in your account. We will send a receipt.

• Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. 
• If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that. 

 Secure payments can made using all major credit & debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept Zelle payments. We will send a payment link once we've confirmed your dates.

The balance, security deposit and any fees will be due 1 week prior to your arrival.
