Our prime location offers many things to do. We'll point you in any direction you choose to ensure your stay is all you want it to be and more!

Bars and Restaurants: Even though we aren't in a big city there are still plenty of options for getting a meal and great margaritas! The fresh seafood here is incredible. There are also locals that deliver homemade salsa, enchiladas, vegetables, pastries and fresh caught seafood right to the house.

There are bars/restaurants at Santispac, El Burro and a great Taco Tuesday at Buenaventura. They rotate hosting evening events, so be sure to ask what's going on each night!

Mulege is also home to excellent local food, ice cream and a brewery.

Beaches: We have 6 incredible beaches within 10 minutes of the villa. Playa Santispac, Posada Concepcion, Playa el Burro, Playa el Coyote, Playa Buenaventura and Playa el Requeson. Santispac hosts a carnival for Semana Santa every year! You can play in the sand, just lay out, find amazing shells, snorkel, try out the natural hot springs, or just enjoy the view. There are many beaches closer to Mulege as well.

Boat Excursions: Explore Bahia Concepcion on your very own private boat tour guided by locals. These tours can range from a day at the beach on one of the islands in the bay to the boat captain diving to catch seasonal seafood that he will prepare for you. 

Depending on the season you can see dolphins, whale sharks and sea turtles swimming in the bay. 

Many people come to enjoy the fishing here as well.

Water Sports: Bahia Concepcion is great for sailing, boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, kite boarding and wind surfing.

Tourist Attractions: In Mulege you can go to local souvenir shops, check out the historic Mulege Mission, or go a short drive and hike to see pre-historic cave paintings.

Natural Beauty: This area is known for its gorgeous desert scenery. Enjoy the palm trees that line the river in Mulege, as well as the Giant Cardon cactuses that dominate most of the local landscape. There are many great hikes nearby that allow you to really appreciate this amazing place.

At night the star gazing is unmatched. There is basically no light pollution so you can see the sky as it was meant to be seen!
